Audio & Video Distribution and Control Systems for Theme Parks and Multimedia Presentation Facilities

·         Currently operating large scale audio and control systems installations include international theme parks in:

o   Anaheim, Orlando, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris, Seoul,

o   and others.

    ·         We have provided Audio and Video Systems Architecture design providing both centralized sources and processing, and distributed sources and processing as required.

    ·         We have integrated Audio and Control systems from different groups(e.g. Parades, Entertainment, Special Events, etc.) with campuswide/parkwide facilities infrastructure providing an integrated solution that saves money on equipment and maintenance costs, while meeting the needs of all stakeholders.

    ·         We have designed systems with many as 300 audio source inputs and 1500 audio outputs matrixed with complete remote and automated control of level, PA insertion, source selection and equalization.

    ·         We can provide remote control and monitoring from PC based user consoles, both from within the secure facility intranet and from the corporate area network.

    ·         We understand the security concerns that arise when remote control is implemented and have devised a variety of schemes for providing secure remote control and monitoring network access.

    ·         We can provide frame accurate remote control of audio sources and routing, triggered by discrete contacts, serial messaging, or TCP and UDP communications.

    ·         Systems Integration. We are experienced in integrating control of Audio and Video resources

into the “big picture” of the theme park, campus or facility. We are able to share status information and expose event triggers to other disciplines in a variety of communications formats.

    ·         Integration of Audio distribution and control system with a shared network backbone.

We have designed several of the largest CobraNet Audio distribution installations in the world and the first such system on a shared switched network. We are currently working on future installations that implement emerging Layer 3 audio distribution technologies, such as AVB and Dante. We are intimately familiar with the network requirements for distribution and control of audio over a switched network. We have worked extensively with IT services personnel to ensure that shared networks are provisioned appropriately to allow Audio, Video and Control to peacefully coexist with other discipline such as Point of Sale, Telecommunications and Security. In other words: We speak IT.

    ·         Development of customized operator consoles which allow users to control and manage all network connected audio and video resources throughout the park from a single console.

Operational control and systems status information is collected from diverse systems and presented to the operator under a single unified user interface.

All operating parameters and control functions can be logged for trend and fault analysis.

By employing thoughtful graphical user interface design, we are able to transcend operator language barriers. While our systems are designed with English as a first language, we have deployed systems in daily use to operate and maintain Theme Parks by native speakers of Japanese, Cantonese/Mandarin and French.
